Shipping Rates

• U.S. Standard Shipping: Flat $5 fee, including tracking and full insurance.
• U.S. Next‑Day Delivery: Flat $25 fee, including tracking and full insurance.
• International Shipping: Calculated at checkout, with tracking and full insurance included.

Important Notes

• Every Retórica order is fully insured and shipped with secure, trackable delivery for your peace of mind. • Once a package has been scanned and marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for loss or theft transfers to the client. • International clients are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes required by their local authorities. • If you have concerns about delivery security or require special arrangements, we welcome you to contact us prior to placing your order.

Production & Delivery

Made to Order

Many of our pieces are handcrafted to order in sterling silver or gold. Please allow up to 28 business days for creation and dispatch. (Orders often ship sooner.)

Estimated Delivery

• Domestic (U.S.): 3–5 business days after shipment • International: 2–3 weeks, depending on destination and customs processing

If you have a specific deadline, email us at inquiries@retoricajewelry.com before placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your timeline.

Returns & Exchanges

All Retórica pieces are custom made, handcrafted, and created upon order specifically for you. Because each piece is made to order, we do not offer full refunds once production has begun.

If you need to cancel your order, you may do so before production starts. Once production has begun, a 15% cancellation fee will apply to cover materials and labor, and the remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.

In the rare case that you receive a defective item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will review the issue and arrange repair, replacement, or return shipping to our workshop at no cost to you.

Please note that damage resulting from normal wear and tear, accidental impact, improper handling, or exposure to chemicals or extreme conditions is not covered.

All of our jewelry is carefully crafted using high quality materials designed for long-term wear when properly cared for. We always recommend treating your piece with care avoiding impact, moisture, harsh chemicals, and extreme temperatures.

If your piece becomes damaged over time, it may still be repairable. Repair costs will depend on the condition of the item and the work required.

Sizing & Care

Ring Sizing Guidance

Please confirm your ring size before ordering. We recommend using a ring sizer and avoiding measurement when your hands are unusually warm or cold, as temperature can affect accuracy.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your jewelry arrives damaged due to shipping or craftsmanship, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include: • Your order number • Clear photos of the issue
