🌍 Where We Ship

We currently ship:

  • Within the United States

  • To select international countries (subject to carrier availability and local customs rules)

💌 Shipping Rates

  • U.S. Orders: Flat $5 shipping fee (includes tracking)

  • International Orders: Rates calculated at checkout via USPS or UPS, with tracking included

⚠️ Please Note

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once scanned by the carrier.

  • International buyers are responsible for customs duties, VAT, and import taxes.

⏳ Fulfillment Time

Many of our pieces are made to order in sterling silver or gold. Please allow up to 20 business days for us to complete and ship your order.
(We often ship earlier!)

📦 Estimated Delivery

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3–5 business days after shipping

  • International: 2–3 weeks, depending on destination and customs processing
    Please allow for delays due to global events or postal issues.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the intimate nature of jewelry, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns.

🔁 Exchanges (If Applicable)

We may offer exchanges under limited conditions:

  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in original packaging.

  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Retorica reserves the right to deny an exchange if return criteria are not met.

💍 Ring Sizing Tip

Please double-check your ring size before ordering.
We recommend using an inexpensive ring sizer (available online) and avoiding measurement when fingers are too warm or cold, as this affects accuracy.

💔 Damaged Item?

If your piece arrives damaged due to a shipping issue or craftsmanship flaw, contact us at Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item
