All orders are shipped fully insured and require a signature upon delivery for your security and peace of mind.

Orders may be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, a 15% cancellation fee applies to cover materials and craftsmanship.

If your piece arrives defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will review it and arrange repair, replacement, or return at no cost.

All jewelry is made with high quality materials designed for long term wear when properly cared for. Normal wear, accidental damage, or improper care is not covered, but repairs may be available.

We encourage our clients to take proper care of their jewelry pieces to keep them shiny and in perfect conditions for many years.
Here are some of our recommendations:

- Avoid hitting your jewelry excessively as it can cause deformation and scratches of the metal of your pieces, displacement of prongs causing your gems to become loose and may be lost. It is important to remember that all gems have a different hardness, so excessive blows can also cause damage to some soft gems such as emerald, opal, pearl, moonstone, etc.

- Avoid wearing your jewelry in risky activities such as the gym (The metals of the devices can cause blows without realizing it), sports, working with tools, etc.

- Take care of your jewelry from aggressive chemicals such as chlorine and preferably remove it when bathing and when visiting swimming pools and the beach.

- If you want to clean your piece at home, soak it in warm water (Not too hot) with a few drops of non-chlorine soap and scrub it with an extra soft bristle brush to remove body oils and other types of dirt on the metal and stones. If your piece has pearls, gently clean them with a microfiber cloth (No soap or chemicals). Body oils help maintain the luster of pearls.
