Shipping and returns
All shipments are made through UPS, they are insured and a signature is required from the recipient for your peace of mind.
retorica is not responsible for possible customs fees on international shipments.
We accept returns made within 7 days of receiving the product. The product must be on its way to us within the mentioned 7 days. If you wish to make a return please contact us as soon as possible.
All returns must be sent with the piece as delivered and with no signs of use along with its original packaging and all items included in the order.

All packages sent to us must also be insured and require a signature from the person receiving for the total security of the product.
Care information
We encourage our clients to take proper care of their jewelry pieces to keep them shiny and in perfect conditions for many years.
Here are some of our recommendations:
- Avoid hitting your jewelry excessively as it can cause deformation and scratches of the metal of your pieces, displacement of prongs causing your gems to become loose and may be lost. It is important to remember that all gems have a different hardness, so excessive blows can also cause damage to some soft gems such as emerald, opal, pearl, moonstone, etc.
- Avoid wearing your jewelry in risky activities such as the gym (The metals of the devices can cause blows without realizing it), sports, working with tools, etc.
- Take care of your jewelry from aggressive chemicals such as chlorine and preferably remove it when bathing and when visiting swimming pools and the beach.
- If you want to clean your piece at home, soak it in warm water (Not too hot) with a few drops of non-chlorine soap and scrub it with an extra soft bristle brush to remove body oils and other types of dirt on the metal and stones. If your piece has pearls, gently clean them with a microfiber cloth (No soap or chemicals). Body oils help maintain the luster of pearls.
